WHAT DO YOU WANT OUT OF LIFE?

What do you want out of life? It’s a common question many ask themselves before scheduling a personal training consult. The potential client usually goes onto explain how they neglected their health and are now realizing the negative effects of doing so.

They may mention their health problems, but more often than not they go onto describe other qualities.

  • Can’t play with their kids or grandchildren how they want

  • Joints are too much in pain to go for a walk with their spouse

  • They have no energy or focus at work

  • They can’t walk up the steps without being out of breath

The “reality” of these experiences resonates more than being prescribed medications and being significantly overweight.

What they usually further go onto discuss is the realization they need help. They have attempted to do some type of routine on their own and it just hasn’t been working or staying accountable with it.

These two steps of realizing a goal of health and asking for help are crucial for getting what you want out of life. My want is for individuals to realize these steps earlier in life rather than later.
