Classes On Demand
I love exercise videos, streams, and classes in general. Two things I think most do poorly is teach the movement being performed BEFORE the actual workout starts and then assuming everyone can keep the same pace. That’s why the layout of my classes on demand will be the EDUCATION SECTION where the exercises are taught. Secondly, I’ll take you through the first round at an upped pace, but then from there you’re on your own. Go at YOUR pace for YOUR fitness level.
The classes are rated on a 1-5 scale. 1 being on the easier side and 5 being intense. Please be able to pass a PAR-Q test or be cleared by your doctor before performing these classes.
