WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO CHANGE
With the massive lifestyle change that was forced upon many of us I challenge you all to find the silver lining. After that is identified how are you going to keep that aspect of life going when life goes “back to normal”?
The few people I’ve been training virtually have all expressed certain aspects of their life have actually gotten better. More family time, less “running around”, the ability to teach their kids, learning to save money and live a simple lifestyle, etc.
I know human behavior… my fear is these good qualities will all be washed away once the COVID-19 epidemic is controlled. As an exercise physiologist I know that once someone’s life is out of balance so is their health and fitness.
What action steps can be taken to keep some of these new found treasures? I think that is very simple. Make it a PRIORITY. Prioritize what’s truly important. You will always make time and spend or save money for that PRIORITY.
Hopefully this situation shined a bright light on your PRIORITIES.
